Menu Monday 4/24/17 Update

Today’s dinner was delicious and the weather was perfect, so we ate it outside on our deck (Even better!).  We liberally seasoned the pork with Bavarian and Bell pepper seasonings, and a little salt as both these seasoning mixes are salt free.  We placed it on the grill and roasted until an internal temperature of 145 degrees was reached.  We let it  rest about 15 minutes while the corn cooked and then sliced it thinly to serve.
