Happy National Chip and Dip day! Today’s post will be short and sweet. We just got back from a three-day trip to Memphis and I am overwhelmed with unpacking and laundry. I’m sure you understand. We’ve all been there.
I’m going to share a slightly different “healthier” dip recipe with you today. Since it’s so quick and easy you can make some before watching the NCAA Tournament tonight.
Cottage Cheese Dip
Blend 1-cup low-fat cottage cheese in food processor or blender and stir in salt, pepper, and garlic powder to taste. Or use 1 teaspoonful Ranch dressing mix or Buffalo Wing seasoning.
My favorite is Buffalo Wild Wings dry Buffalo Seasoning. The dip is a little spicy and tastes great with potato chips, carrots, and celery!
